2. Service Plans and Pricing
We offer the following service plans:
- Silver Plan: ₹699
- Gold Plan: ₹1,399
- Premium Plan: ₹2,099
Each plan includes specific features and levels of counselling support as described on our website at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 24 hours of the purchase.
- No services have been utilised, including but not limited to: counselling sessions, college predictions, or CAP preference list generation.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
A refund will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- A counselling session has been conducted or scheduled and attended.
- A CAP preference list has been generated or provided to the user.
- Any other service included in the purchased plan has been delivered or accessed.
- The refund request is made after 24 hours of the purchase date.
5. Plan Downgrade and Partial Refund
If you wish to downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, a partial refund may be issued under the following conditions:
- The downgrade request is made within 48 hours of the original purchase.
- Only the services corresponding to the lower-tier plan have been utilised.
- The partial refund amount will be calculated as the difference between the two plan prices, minus any applicable processing fees.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide a brief reason for the refund request.

- The refund will be initiated through Cashfree to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
- Cashfree may apply its own processing timelines; EngiEscort is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway or your financial institution.
8. Disputes
