We endeavour to deliver all services promptly; however, delivery timelines may vary based on the admission cycle and external factors such as government announcements and CAP round schedules.

6. Limitation of Liability

EngiEscort provides educational counselling and guidance services only. Please note the following:

  • We cannot and do not guarantee admission to any specific college, branch, or institution.
  • College predictions and cutoff analyses are based on historical data and trends, and actual results may vary.
  • Admission outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including government policies, seat availability, and individual performance.
  • EngiEscort shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any fees already paid are subject to our Refund Policy.
